About Us

With over 15 years of experience as an IB educator, Amy Jacobs taught IB CAS and Business, guiding students through service learning, entrepreneurship, and project-based thinking. Her work extended beyond traditional classes into advisory spaces, where she mentored mixed-grade groups in smaller, more personal settings focused on exploration, collaboration, and activities outside standard school structures.

These advisory experiences—where students learned by doing, reflecting, and supporting one another—became the blueprint for Project Wonder.

Mileidy and Cloe, once students in those spaces, now bring their own professional and creative perspectives to the work. Having experienced the impact of this approach firsthand, they continue the cycle by supporting new generations of students through facilitation, storytelling, and program development.

Why We Work Together

Project Wonder exists because we believe students thrive when they are:

  • Seen as individuals

  • Trusted with real responsibility

  • Supported through process, not pressured by outcomes

Our team understands this from both sides of the learning experience—as educators and as former students. That shared perspective allows us to design programs that are structured yet flexible, supportive yet challenging, and deeply rooted in real human connection.
