Experiential Field Trips for Teen Groups
Our field trips are designed as immersive learning experiences that go far beyond sightseeing. Each trip is intentionally crafted to help students explore the world through the lenses of culture, community, business, and creativity—while developing independence, empathy, and real-world understanding.
Rather than offering fixed destinations, we design purpose-driven journeys that align with the goals of each group. Trips may take place in Latin America or other regions and are shaped by what we want students to learn, experience, and reflect on—not just where they go.

What Makes Our Field Trips Different?
Learning Through Connection

Students engage directly with local communities, entrepreneurs, artists, and leaders. Past experiences have included learning alongside Indigenous communities, meeting with business owners and managers, and exploring how culture, history, and economics intersect in daily life.
Business, Culture & Creativity

Every trip integrates exposure to local businesses, art, and cultural expression. Whether students are visiting a small family-run enterprise, speaking with social entrepreneurs, or engaging with local artists, they are encouraged to ask questions, observe systems, and think critically.
Intentional & Reflective

These are not passive tours. Students participate in guided discussions, reflection activities, and group debriefs that help them process what they’re seeing and connect it back to their own values, interests, and leadership skills.
Flexible & Customized

Each field trip is developed in collaboration with the group’s educators or leaders. Location, length, and focus areas are adaptable, allowing us to design experiences that are developmentally appropriate, meaningful, and responsive to current conditions.
