This free, introductory set of classes supports students in exploring their strengths, passions, and core values as a foundation for project leadership and decision-making. The course emphasizes identifying strengths and areas for growth and demonstrating engagement with challenges that lead to new skill development, directly aligning with key IB CAS learning outcomes. For a deeper, guided exploration of these outcomes through applied projects and feedback, students can continue with the Guided course.
